In March, Judge Francis J. Orlando Jr., A.J.S.C. (Retired) joined Vaughan Baio to launch the firm’s new Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice group, drawing on his 20 year career as a judge in the Camden Vicinage – one of the New Jersey Superior Court’s largest and busiest divisions. Highly respected throughout New Jersey, Judge Orlando presided over hundreds of complex matters including products liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, land use and zoning law, eminent domain, government disputes, employment, and election law cases. After rising to the role of senior partner in private practice, Orlando was first appointed to the bench in 1991.
