Philadelphia, May 24, 2022 – Vaughan Baio & Partners is pleased to welcome eight new attorneys to the firm – five partners and three associates, who are resident in offices across the firm’s footprint in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Partners include Anthony C. Giletto, Richard McMenamin, Rebecca Prosper, Pam Cochenour, and Ryan A. McKeon.
Jordan J. Freeman, John T. Imbornoni and Anne E. Mulhern joined as associates.

Background on our new Partners:
Pam Cochenour – brings more than 30 years of legal experience to her practice where she represents employers of all sizes involving employment-related issues. In her employment litigation practice, Pam represents both private and public sector employers before local, state and federal administrative agencies, and in state and federal courts.
Anthony C. Giletto – focuses his practice on the representation of employers, third-party administrators and insurers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania workers’ compensation defense matters. Anthony represents clients in all aspects of litigation, before workers’ compensation judges and workers’ compensation appeal boards.
Richard McMenamin – is a highly experienced courtroom lawyer who has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for corporate clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including major claims against insurers and reinsurers. Richard’s practice with the firm focuses on complex claims against corporations and individuals, including fraud, professional liability and tort claims.
Ryan A. McKeon – focuses his practice on defending litigation matters across a diverse range of industries, representing both national and international companies. He represents clients in manufacturing, transportation, real estate, retail banking, and parking management, handling complex tort matters involving catastrophic injury and death claims, premises liability, labor law, product liability, motor vehicle and negligent security matters.
Rebecca Prosper – brings almost a decade of litigation experience in state and federal courts, having tried numerous cases to verdict. She represents clients in a range of litigation matters including transportation, gig economy, premises liability, general liability and trucking.
Background on our new Associates:
Jordan J. Freeman – focuses his practice on providing counsel and representation to carriers, third-party administrators and self-insureds in matters involving general operational risks. Jordan’s experience includes class action and antitrust litigation, criminal and immigration matters and insurance defense matters. He also has significant jury and bench trial experience.
John T. Imbornoni – focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients across New York State in a range of general liability matters in both the public and private sector. John brings particular experience working with insurance companies, third-party administrators, the New York Liquidation Bureau, and in the gig economy on matters involving personal injury, property damage and premises liability.
Anne E. Mulhern – brings a dynamic combination of U.S. military, international development and consulting experience to her practice, where she represents and provides counsel to companies and public entities on a range of labor and employment issues. Over the last two years, she developed an expertise on COVID-19 protocols in the workplace, including regulations regarding vaccine mandates and ADA/Title VII reasonable accommodations.
