Biography
With almost 20 years in practice, Justin R. Callow brings a comprehensive perspective to every workers’ compensation matter he handles. Having represented clients on both sides of the workers’ compensation equation, Justin has a unique understanding of the thought processes and goals of his clients and adversaries. He currently represents employers, self-insureds and insurance carriers with the goal to always achieve the most successful and cost-effective outcome in every matter.
Throughout his career, Justin has successfully litigated motions for medical and temporary benefits and well as motions related to issues of causation, liability and fraud. Knowledge and familiarity of the worker’s compensation system is paramount to successfully advocating for clients.
Justin has been an athlete all his life and dedicates time outside the office to adult and youth team sports. Active in adult basketball and softball leagues, he also coaches youth basketball in his New Jersey community and has served as a board member for the town’s recreational basketball league for the last 14 years.
