Danielle M. Karcich

Biography

Danielle Karcich is an experienced litigator who represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels, in both state and federal courts. She has handled matters including breach of contract actions, shareholder disputes, fraudulent conveyance actions, title insurance disputes, and product liability matters for clients in the finance and banking, manufacturing, home building, and consumer products industries.

Among numerous achievements for clients, Danielle highlights wins for clients around the state of Pennsylvania. She won the dismissal of claims for breach of contract and negligence against a large financial services firm in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; obtained a judgment at trial for a homeowner in a fraudulent deed matter in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas; and secured the dismissal of negligence and breach of warranty claims against a home builder in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Danielle has received the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars recognition consecutively since 2019 and has been named among the Best Lawyers in America. Beyond her practice, Danielle dedicates her time to training for marathons and using them as a vehicle for fundraising. In spring 2024, she will run the London (U.K.) Marathon raising funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and in October, the Chicago Marathon raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She also contributes to the Philadelphia region March of Dimes Transportation, Building and Construction Luncheon as a Board Member.
