Biography
Carlos Hernandez focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and is based in the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. For the last 30 years, Carlos has concentrated his practice on the defense of employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.
While focusing specifically on workers’ compensation over the last 25 years, Carlos has represented both injured workers and defended employers. He is also a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Circuit Mediator. This breadth of experience, coupled with his fluency in Spanish, allows Carlos to provide a unique perspective to his clients in every aspect of a workers’ compensation case. Earlier in his career, Carlos was a shareholder in Interim Healthcare and a partner/shareholder at his prior firm for over 20 years.
Carlos is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar, the Dispute Resolution Section of The Florida Bar, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Beyond his practice, Carlos’ interests include hunting, archery, fishing, and golfing.
