Biography
Adrienne Anderson focuses her work with clients in the construction industry. She handles construction defect litigation, and matters involving general negligence and premises liability for clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Adrienne successfully recovered a significant amount for her real estate client in a partnership dispute, which established the standing case law in the area of partition action/quiet title in Pennsylvania. Adrienne also successfully negotiated an adverse possession matter, which resulted in the significant payment in return for an easement on the property and enabled her client to proceed with construction.
During law school, Adrienne interned with a Philadelphia firm where she gained experience handling personal injury, premises liability and motor vehicle liability on the plaintiff side. As a student, Adrienne had the opportunity to participate in a prosecution under the Dragonetti Act, although a relatively new statute at the time, which proved that the defendant had been wrongfully sued.
